PROFILE AND HISTORY

In 1994, the VGB Center for Training & Development Corporation was established in Quezon City. Within its first year of operations, initial caregiver students was over a hundred and we have been continuously growing to this day as the largest and most respected Training Center of Home and Health Caregivers. In the year 1997, VGB Manila Branch was established and this was followed by our latest branch Timog Ave., also in Quezon City.

 The VGB prides as the only institution in its category to have assisted several thousands of graduates now happily working all over the world specially in some parts of the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom, Middle Eastern Countries, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Brunei and Italy. We are now in the process of exploring possibilities in Japan and larger parts of America not only in the field of Home and Health Caregivers but also for Nurses whom we feel are the most preferred health workers worldwide. We also take pride in having been given the National Award as the Most Outstanding Caregiver Training Center, by the prestigious Philippine Marketing Excellence Awards Body for the year 2005.

VGB has direct practicum affiliations with several government institutions where we allow our students to gain exposure in Caring for a Child or in Caring for the Elderly, who may or may not be physically -challenged. To mention a few, these are the institutions for children and the Elderly under the Department of Social Welfare and Development; Fairview General Hospital; Pilipinong May Kapansanan Foundation; Sinagtala Philippine Cheshire Home; Wee Care Child Health and Development Center and Armed Forces of the Philippine Medical Center.
